Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Description:

• Ensuring vendor invoice verification, processing and posting

• Answering vendors and internal queries regarding invoices

• Performing maintenance and analysis on vendors accounts

• Booking of AR bank statements

• Aging-List reports

• Ensuring Collection Letter process (AR)

• Monitoring A/P workflows in Microsoft Dynamics D365

• Providing support in month-end and year-end closing activities

• Providing support during yearly audits

• Ensuring good communication with internal/external stakeholders

• Participating in regular meetings with internal stakeholders regarding KPI results

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

• Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree

• At least 3 years working experience in financial accounting

• Fluency in English (oral and written)

• Very good MS Office knowledge

• Experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus
