Responsibilities:

• Understanding the basics of mechanical ventilation and patient-ventilator-interaction
• Perform and Manage simulations to asses ventilator performance
• Preparing and programming tools to analyse simulation and clinical data
• Testing and validating different algorithms on simulations and clinical data 
• Identifying weaknesses and strengths of the algorithms

Qualifications:

• Studies in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, or equivalent) at master level
• Good knowledge in Matlab programming (Python is an advantage)
• Fluent in English language
