How you can make a difference:
As Clinical Application Specialist (CAS), you have the exciting opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and teaching skills to join the team responsible for training on our products and innovative solutions in the field of mechanical ventilation.

Support of the local Hamilton Medical business , providing end-user training to drive the adoption of intelligent solutions and strengthen customer retention. In addition, contribution to the development of tailored clinical trainings for local distribution partners operating the Hamilton Medical business

Participation in regional educational events such as Advanced Ventilation Workshops, applying expertise in mechanical ventilation to engage end users with Hamilton Medical technologies and solutions

Key involvement in the development of the global CAS team, from onboarding to professional growth, enhancing the connection between Hamilton Medical headquarters and remote CAS members through continuous education and development initiatives

National and international travels up to 50% (annual) working time
That’s what you bring along:

Strong background in critical care and mechanical ventilation; experience with Hamilton Medical solutions is an advantage

Proven ability to manage technology transitions and new implementations in hospital environments

Excellent communication and presentation skills with key stakeholders in ICU, emergency, and ward settings

Experienced in training and education, including train-the-trainer concepts and understanding of adult learning principles

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

Highly self-organized, responsible, and a collaborative team player

Proficient in MS Office applications

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
The position is based in Europe. There is no preference regarding the candidate's specific location.
