Product Manager (Temporary Contract)

Hamilton Central Europe is located in Timisoara, Romania and develops and produces microliter syringes, needles, dosing pumps, pipetting modules and accessories for analytical and research laboratories, as well as accessories for medical devices used in intensive care units. In addition, we provide financial accounting services for the Hamilton companies.

Job Description:

• Act like interface between R&D dept., Sales dept. and customers;
• Coordinates OEM projects from request to serial production;
• Contributes to project team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Accompany the product development process/ product life cycle management up to the market launch and maintain the current product portfolio.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products/ market analyze;
• Creates market needs (high level requirements);
• The contract is concluded for a fixed period of 2 years.

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

• University degree
• Very good English skills. German would be a plus
• Well organized person and self-responsible
• Very good coordination abilities
• Team oriented, problem-solving attitude, with excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience in product management
• Skills to create future-oriented product proposals in the field of laboratory, small instruments as OEM components or stand alone
• Coordination of product development together with other internal and external departments
• Willing to be part of exhibitions & to travel (20%)
• Experience with Microsoft Office
