Die Business Unit Robotics entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt Pipettier-Roboter, um Liquid Handling Prozesse für die Pharma-, über die Nahrungsmittelindustrie bis hin zur Zell- oder DNA-Forschung zu automatisieren.

Das kannst du bewirken:

• Lead and inspire the team across brand, design, digital marketing, technical writing and multimedia production
• Develop and implement B2B marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and annual KPIs
• Drive creation of impactful content and assets for product campaigns, technical materials, videos, and digital channels
• Define and ensure digital marketing efforts including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email—ensuring data-driven performance and continuous improvement
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns from brand awareness to lead generation across digital, print, video, and events
• Align closely with Hamilton US on global initiatives, tools, and shared marketing platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the Robotics Business Unit—partnering with product management, sales, and leadership to fuel innovation and market growth
• Define and track performance metrics, analyze results, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities
• Act customer centric and travel to customers, meet important stakeholders in EMEA and events, travel time 5-10%
• As this role is of strategic importance, we require regular on-site presence in Bonaduz. Following successful onboarding, we offer the flexibility to work from home up to 20% of the time

Das bringst du mit:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Science or in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in technology, life sciences, or robotics
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, product marketing, and campaign development
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages
• Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, project management and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; as additional language German is beneficial
