The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots for the automation of liquid handling processes for a wide range of customers from the pharmaceutical and food industry, all the way to cell and DNA research.
How you can make a difference:
- Have good knowledge of leadership principles to develop a team of expirienced Project Leaders
- Coordinate the core tasks and goals of the team in an interlocked Project-Matrix from Product Development-, Operations Excellence-, till Oganisatorical Projects
- Deliver multi-year, (multi)-team goals according to the overall stratecical and tactical focus
- Coordinate and develop the team in the challening field of multiple Project- and Programm Management within the Project Portfolio of Hamilton Robotics
- Participate in the company day-to-day operations by leading by example and with a hands-on mentality
- Motivation to further develop and continuing improve the Project Portfolio Management of Robotics
- Disciplinary and professionally manage the assigned organizational unit, in particular promotion and further development of employees with special skills
That’s what you bring along:
- Master's degree in life science or engineering
- Several years of experience in the field of laboratory automation of advantage
- Postgraduate studies in Project Management (PMI)
- Acting independently, decisively, responsibly, innovatively and as a people motivator
- Confident negotiating and presenting in English and German
