At our site in Eindhoven , we sell state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewery industry, as well as pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical and food industry through to cell and DNA research.
How you can make a difference:
The Technical Customer Support Coordinator is our first point of contact towards customer satisfaction. Working directly with our customers to resolve technical and application related issues remotely. This support position responds to, resolves and escalates incoming technical and application issues and requests. Submitted by phone or e-mail with a focus on customer excellence standards and high customer satisfaction.
After comprehensive technical and application/software training, your duties will include the following activities:

Resolve technical service and application related requests

Open and maintain customer and partnering accounts

Evaluate customer data and support requests via phone, email or trendsetting remote technologies

Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within a defined timeframe

Act as a consultant for our customers – recommend potential service products or services

Keep records of customer interactions

Prepare product or service reports
-
Support dispatching process for local service resources
-
Support local technical and application administration

Work with the direct line manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
That’s what you bring along:

Degree in Engineering, Bio-Engineering, Electronics or equivalented degree compatible with the job profile

Professional experience in the industrial environment of the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Life Science industries, is beneficial

Previous experience in a similar position and lab automation is considered as a plus

Analytical and troubleshooting mindset

Verbal and written communication authority

Structured and methodical way of working

The ability to remain professional under pressure

Initiative and flexible personality for creative and customer-oriented solutions

Ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed

Strong Dutch and English language skills are essential, French is a big plus
