Technical Support Engineer Hamilton Storage Nordic 80 – 100 % (f/m/d)

Hamilton Storage develops, produces and distributes robots for the storage of up to ten million compounds for pharmaceutical companies. We also build robots to store biological substances at temperatures up to -80 degree Celsius, which are used for biobanks in clinical research.
How you can make a difference:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you are responsible for:

Installation and commissioning of new Biobank and Compound Management System

Training and technical advice to our customers

Performing regular maintenance work

Repair services in the event of a fault

Independent planning, execution, and documentation of the work

Introduction of corrective and preventive measures
That’s what you bring along:

A degree in technical engineering or an equal technical education

Preferably a background in the Life Science market
-
Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
-
Accustomed to working independently
-
Customer-oriented and at the same time entrepreneurial thinking

You work reliably under time pressure, flexible and resilient
-
Fluent in written and spoken English
-
Interface with cross-functional work teams such as R&D, Customer Service, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales
The candidate shall preferably be based in the Copenhagen area to reach customers and an international airport in a short time. The position involves international travel up to 80%. The focus is Scandinavia and Europe. Other regions may be assigned based on business needs. Assignments may be for subsequent weeks.
