Project Leader Operations

Hamilton Central Europe is located in Timisoara, Romania and develops and produces microliter syringes, needles, dosing pumps, pipetting modules and accessories for analytical and research laboratories, as well as accessories for medical devices used in intensive care units. In addition, we provide financial accounting services for the Hamilton companies.

Job Description:

• Ensure that project is delivered in-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and follows-up the project status compared with the objectives;
• Organizes project meetings with the team and organization milestones;
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project;
• Responsible of project documentation according with internal standards;
• Report and escalate to management as needed;
• Maintains communication and collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, etc.

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

• University degree, preferably Engineering.
• Professional experience: 2-4 years on a similar position
• Good Microsoft Office Tools skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Outlook);
• English skills;
• Well-organized person, with a problem-solving attitude, paying attention to details, with analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
