Hamilton Central Europe is located in Timisoara, Romania and develops and produces microliter syringes, needles, dosing pumps, pipetting modules and accessories for analytical and research laboratories, as well as accessories for medical devices used in intensive care units. In addition, we provide financial accounting services for the Hamilton companies.

Job Description:

  • Supports the department’s activities by collecting, verifying, and updating data regarding the compliance of materials used in production. The role contributes to ensuring adherence to global regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, SCIP, Conflict Minerals, etc.), communicating with internal and external suppliers, and maintaining up-to-date documentation in internal systems or specific databases.
  • Verifies the accuracy and completeness of data related to restricted substances.
  • Updates information in internal systems/databases
  • Tracks response deadlines and maintains records of active requests
  • Analyzes received documents to identify risks related to restricted substances
  • Supports the team in verifying the compliance of new components and in material change projects
  • Participates in initiatives to optimize the data collection and verification workflow
  • Supports the preparation of periodic reports on the project status

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

  • Student in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, Quality Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsibility and seriousness in completing tasks.
  • Flexibility and openness to feedback.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of regulations such as RoHS/REACH is an advantage (but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work with large data sets.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy‑focused mindset.
  • Good professional communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point);
  • Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
