As we receive numerous applications every day, we have standardized our application process. We explain here how you should proceed in order to maximize your chances of receiving a job offer.

Our Application Process

We only consider applications submitted via the applications portal. Applications sent by post or email cannot be considered.

Our Tips

Ensure that your application is complete. It is important that we receive the following documents:

  • Motivation letter (in the case of a speculative application, please indicate your desired focus area/direction)
  • Resumé with photograph
  • Final certificates, diplomas and employment references
  • Work permit (if applicable)

Be authentic:
Convince us of your abilities and strengths, both in your application letter as well as in the subsequent interviews. In the interviews, we are looking above all for authenticity. During the interview we will jointly establish whether our expectations match and if a long-term collaboration is possible.
