The Hamilton companies remain in family ownership to the present day. Steve Hamilton, son of the founder Clark Hamilton, is CEO of Hamilton Company, USA. His three sons, and thus the third Hamilton generation, have been working in management positions for various Hamilton companies for many years.

The two Swiss Hamilton companies are managed by Thomas Liner, CEO Hamilton Bonaduz AG, and Robert Hamilton, CEO Hamilton Medical.
