How you can make a difference:

  • Strategically developing IT to help scale-up our business globally
  • Driving digitization in a highly regulated environment, incl. ISO13485, FDA, EU-MDR, MDSAP
  • Ensuring cybersecurity, compliance to ISO27001 as well as medical device regulatory standards
  • IT governance and operational management of the IT department with a team of 25 employees initially
  • Promoting a culture of innovation and openness to new developments and best practices

That’s what you bring along:

  • Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, digitization or similar
  • Several years of experience in managing the IT department of an international company
  • Experience in IT organization design and transformation
  • Strong track record in initiating and implementing digitization and automation of complex business processes
  • Determined, reliable, communicative and resilient personality
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills
