Hamilton Central Europe is located in Timisoara, Romania and develops and produces microliter syringes, needles, dosing pumps, pipetting modules and accessories for analytical and research laboratories, as well as accessories for medical devices used in intensive care units. In addition, we provide financial accounting services for the Hamilton companies.

Job Description:

  • Actively sell products to end-customers in your assigned European market.
  • Handle incoming price inquiries from the website and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively contact end-customers in your assigned market to discuss product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Manage a portfolio of established customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling both with new customers and within the existing customer base.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends to offer informed advice to customers.

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, business, or marketing preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical advisory roles, ideally within the laboratory or analytical equipment industry.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, detailed explanations of technical products and their applications.
  • Proven experience advising customers on solutions based on their specific technical needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to plan and execute.
  • Ability to work independently, managing the full sales process without external representatives.
