How you can make a difference:

We are looking for a competent Sales and Logistic Assistant (f/m/d) to integrate functionally in our international Administrative Department. At local level this position will work closely with the Sales and Technical Team, supporting them in administrative and logistics tasks. The Sales and Logistic Assistant (f/m/d) will find a cooperative and friendly environment in a modern office located in an attractive location (Fira de Barcelona).

Duties and responsibilites:

  • A good understanding of Sales Support and Administration

  • Manage customer orders (both public and private) via internal management systems in compliance with the new tax rules

  • Manage orders to local suppliers, whether related to technical assistance contracts, orders for tools and consumables

  • Administratively coordinate customer inquiries (master data entries and changes, credit notes etc.)

  • Be the interface between sales and the order processing team

  • Generate and follow up on quotations in support of the sales managers

  • Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding inquiries, quotations, returns, credit notes etc. on a daily basis

  • Small office logistics tasks

  • Physical office related tasks (supplies, organization)

That’s what you bring along:

  • High School Diploma

  • Proven experience in administrative tasks and international logistics

  • Administration skills

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-organized, helpful and confident

  • Languages: native in Spanish, fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
