The company medin Medical Innovations GmbH is based in the Bavarian town of Olching and has been a subsidiary of Hamilton Medical AG since 2014. Medin specializes in developing solutions and products used for providing non-invasive respiratory support for premature and newborn infants. Its workforce of around 30 employees focuses on development, production, logistics and sales, among other areas.

Olching is a key suburb of Munich. The Bavarian metropolis is just a 15-minute drive away. Situated in the southernmost Bundesland (federal state) of Germany, there is easy access to beautiful skiing areas in winter, while dreamlike lakes in the alpine upland beckon you to linger during the summer months. The Alpspitze or Zugspitze peaks in Garmisch are also well worth a visit.
