How you can make a difference:

  • Planning, communication and execution of technical distributor audits

  • Ensure that the communication, timing, implementation and results of the global service partner audit program meet our objectives and that any non-conformances are tracked and corrected in a timely manner

  • Recording customer complaints with full information and documentation in the complaints system

  • Provide technical training to users as required

  • Perform remote troubleshooting

  • Act as company ambassador when visiting customers

That’s what you bring along:

  • Completed apprenticeship in the field of electronics or mechanics

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role.

  • Experience with EU and FDA medical device regulation and/or local authorities (SwissMedic, BfArM)

  • Proven experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics and/or troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices

  • High customer service skills, positive attitude, and ability to communicate with others clearly and tactfully. Strong customer orientation

  • Good computer literacy, standard operating systems + MS Office.

  • Speaks/writes/reads English and German (fluent or native speaker)

  • Travel requirements up to 50% (international)
