Welcome, Apprentices of 2026!
05.08.2026As the new apprenticeship year begins, we are excited to welcome 20 new apprentices to Hamilton. Over the coming years, they will discover new opportunities, gain valuable experience, and grow step by step into their chosen professions. We are proud to support them throughout this journey.
Different Talents, One Shared Goal
Whether they are training as automation technicians, automation assemblers, electronics technicians, design engineers, polymechanics, production mechanics, logistics professionals, commercial specialists, application developers, platform developers, or digital business developers, each apprentice brings unique talents and perspectives. Together, they represent the next generation of skilled professionals who will take on responsibility, develop new ideas, and help shape innovation at Hamilton.
Curiosity Is the Best Way to Start
Their first day began with a warm welcome from our Apprenticeship Team, followed by a personal welcome from our CEO, Thomas Liner. He encouraged the apprentices to stay curious, ask questions, take ownership, and share their ideas – because innovation starts with people who are eager to learn and contribute.
We wish our new apprentices a successful start, many exciting experiences, and a rewarding apprenticeship at Hamilton.
