At our site in France , we sell state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewery industry, as well as pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical and food industry through to cell and DNA research.
How you can make a difference:
Lab Solutions is a newly created and strategically important business channel with the aim to develop and sell innovative compact benchtop devices for applications in genomics, proteomics and cell biology.

Maintain and expand relationships with both existing and new customers

Develop strong relationships with key and reference clients

Create and manage monthly sales forecasts

Implement strategies to achieve tactical sales goals

Represent the company at conferences and trade shows

Support multi-channel marketing activities
-
Drive and exceed sales targets, building a robust sales pipeline

Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and other departments
-
Support the planning and implementation of CRM strategies to foster stronger customer engagement
That’s what you bring along:

MSc. degree in biological sciences (preferably molecular biology)
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales in the life sciences academia & Biotech
-
Preferable knowledge of laboratory automation
-
Proven understanding of molecular biology principles, methods, and applications
-
Highly motivated, target-driven, with a solid track record in sales
-
Excellent presentation and communication skills at all business levels
-
Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
-
Effective relationship management, openness to feedback, and a good team player
-
Excellent in French and English (C1), both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
-
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
-
Valid driver's license
