The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots for the automation of liquid handling processes for a wide range of customers from the pharmaceutical and food industry, all the way to cell and DNA research.

How you can make a difference:

Lab Solutions is a newly created and strategically important business channel with the aim to develop and sell innovative benchtop devices for applications in genomics, proteomics and cell biology.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with both existing and new customers

  • Develop strong relationships with key and reference clients

  • Create and manage monthly sales forecasts

  • Implement strategies to achieve tactical sales goals

  • Represent the company at conferences and trade shows

  • Support multi-channel marketing activities

  • Drive and exceed sales targets, building a robust sales pipeline

  • Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and other departments

  • Support the planning and implementation of CRM strategies to foster stronger customer engagement.

That’s what you bring along:

  • Minimum MSc. degree in biological sciences or equivalent

  • Initial experience as a sales or application specialist in life sciences

  • Preferable knowledge of laboratory automation

  • Proven understanding of molecular biology principles, methods, and applications

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, with a solid track record in sales

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all business levels

  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills

  • Effective relationship management, openness to feedback, and a good team player

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus

  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
