How you can make a difference:

  • Have a good knowledge of technical and customer Support

  • Perform the triage of customer complaints

  • Provide a report on request to the technical details of specific complaints

  • Help with practical insights during the technical training

  • Introduce new technologies on the field organization and provide feedback

  • Explain our customers professional technical services from Hamilton

  • Understand the sales perspective of the technical support services

That’s what you bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with a strong affinity for technology and processes or equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar role

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical support or technical service organization in the medical device industry with proven success in a similar role such as Support Engineer, Service Engineer, Senior Support Engineer, etc.

  • Recognized technical expertise in electronics, electromechanical and/or biomedical engineering

  • Solid experience in coordinating and executing technical support projects such as product improvement projects, new product launches, lifecycle development projects, product technical training programs, ideally in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience in reading and interpreting device diagnostics and/or troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices

  • Background in post-market-surveillance and health hazard evaluation processes including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of CAPA processes
