Hamilton receives the Top Company award for the second time in a row from the most important rating portal in the German-speaking world.

Kununu awards Hamilton Bonaduz AG the Top Company award for the second time. It is an award that is so valuable because it is based exclusively on the ratings of employees on the platform www.kununu.com. Anyone can easily submit an evaluation. The anonymity guarantees an honest ranking.

It is gratifying that Hamilton has achieved an above-average score of 4 (out of 5) stars since the platform was founded. This is the case both in the overall rating and in all four sub-areas (career & salary, corporate culture, working environment, diversity). On average, the score in the “Medical/Pharma” sector, to which Hamilton belongs, is 3.2 stars.

Hamilton has always set itself the goal of being an attractive employer and is consistently pursuing this path. In addition to modern employment conditions, this includes, for example, further training and development opportunities. This makes it possible to survive in the “war of talents” even outside the major centers such as Zurich, Basel or Berne and to counteract the scarcity of specialists.
